Frequency modulation technique
In communication systems, frequency modulation (FM) provides greater noise immunity compared to amplitude modulation (AM).
This is because noise mainly affects the amplitude of a signal, and in FM, the information is carried by the frequency of the wave, not its amplitude.
So even if noise changes the amplitude, the actual information remains mostly unaffected, making FM more reliable in noisy environments.
