No, you will not get any refund even if you have cancelled you registration. As per the company policy once the payment is done you cannot cancel the services for which you have given confirmation.

On both the applications i.e. on the website as well as on the Fast forward App. By just entering your Id and Password and you can start your online Test.

Steps for the taking Online Tests are as follows:

1. Click on the Register button
2. Login your Id with password
3. Go to Dashboard
4. Click on the test that you want to attempt
5. Read the instructions carefully
6. Start your Test

You can find the syllabus and schedule of your respective test series on the Magazine Title or course detail page.

No you cannot. However you can view all the questions with their solutions n number of times through your result and analysis page

This facility is not available presently

You can make payments online with Credit/ Debit Cards, net Banking, and through online payment wallets like Paytm, Pay U, Google Pay etc. But here, we would also recommend you to go through the payment section of the Terms of Use. There you will get to know better about payment process.

No, you cannot pay offline, every transaction is to be done online.

Even if your payment fails there is nothing to worry about. Your money will be refunded within 7 working days

No, you cannot cancel the payment once it’s done. As per the company norms once you have accepted the confirmation through pop up or message you cannot cancel your candidature. So be very careful while doing any payment on this platform.

Subscription is a service which gives you an absolute access to all live e - Magazines. The Subscriptions will be available for 1 month, 3 Months, 6 Months, and 12 Months basis at our platform. 

You will get the access of all the live e - Magazines  

There is no limit regarding the Number of Magazines you can access under subscription  

No, You cannot.

When your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to your enrolled Magazines. However when you renew your subscription, you will get access to all active Magazines again

No, we don’t have this facility. Only monthly subscription will be paid on monthly basis.
